Nicole (Niki) Frazier has worked at McKay for 12 years. She started out in the dietary department and then 5 years later, joined the activities department. Niki was awarded the Activities Director of the year for the state of Washington in 2022. Niki's mother also worked at McKay for 25 years and Niki followed in her footsteps for her love of McKay and the residents. Niki has 5 children which keeps her busy in her free time. She is an active member of the Soap Lake School District PTA and also on the School Board.
