Victor Odiakosa

Administrator

Victor Odiakosa, Administrator and Superintendent, joined the McKay Healthcare team in June 2023. Victor started his career in long term care in 2004 as a Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) and staffing coordinator in a nursing home prior to getting his nursing home administrator's license in 2010. He is also a Preceptor for new Administrators-in-Training (AIT) and has successfully mentored 5 Nursing Home Administrators during the course of his career in both Oregon and Washington state. 

Prior to joining McKay, Victor spent the past 12 years in administrator and executive director roles with skilled nursing, mental health, memory care, assisted, and continuous care retirement communities (CCRC) in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. 

Victor holds a Masters in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Marketing from the University of Phoenix. He is a licensed nursing home administrator both in Oregon and Washington State. 

Victor is a servant leader and a mentor. Victor and his wife enjoy singing, outdoor activities, soccer, health and wellness activities. They are both excited to be part of the Soap Lake Community.
