Hi, my name is Audra Gutierrez-Ritari, and I’m so excited to join the McKay Healthcare & Rehabilitation team! I have worked in the long-term care setting for 16+ years and have been a licensed nursing home administrator for just over seven years. Most of my experience has been in Washington and Oregon, and I’ve helped to create cultures of rich employee morale and quality patient care in several facilities, which I believe are the two most important aspects in this field of healthcare.

I have been married 14 years to my awesome husband, Jacob. We have three kids - Emma (21) - who is currently getting her CNA license, Ozzy (11), and Olive (9). In our spare time, we enjoy wine tasting and thrift shopping to find fun and unique treasures. We enjoy visiting friends and family and a good game night, too! 

I look forward to building working relationships with all of our staff, residents, and families.
